Conta executed the build using a highly specialized, eco-conscious material palette without sacrificing structural durability or luxury aesthetics. The foundation and structural core utilize low-carbon, volcanic-ash concrete mixtures, which provide exceptional moisture resistance essential for riverside climates while drastically reducing carbon emissions.
