About this Project
This premium residential project perfectly illustrates Conta’s ability to deliver bespoke, ultra-luxury living spaces while maintaining a strict commitment to sustainable engineering practices. Situated on a pristine, environmentally sensitive riverside plot, the challenge was to construct a sprawling, high-end private estate that maximizes breathtaking panoramic water views while minimizing the ecological footprint on the surrounding riparian ecosystem.
Conta executed the build using a highly specialized, eco-conscious material palette without sacrificing structural durability or luxury aesthetics. The foundation and structural core utilize low-carbon, volcanic-ash concrete mixtures, which provide exceptional moisture resistance essential for riverside climates while drastically reducing carbon emissions. The villa’s striking facade features responsibly sourced, certified sustainable teak wood paired with locally quarried natural stone, creating a timeless architectural statement that ages gracefully and blends seamlessly into the natural landscape.
To achieve true long-term sustainability, Conta embedded advanced green building technologies directly into the villa's infrastructure. We installed high-performance, double-glazed low-E glass walls that filter out solar heat while flooding the interior with natural daylight. The roof features an integrated, thin-film solar array connected to a smart battery storage system, allowing the estate to operate virtually off the grid. Additionally, a sophisticated geothermal heat pump system leverages the stable temperature of the adjacent riverbed to provide energy-efficient climate control throughout the home. Through this landmark estate, Conta has proven that absolute luxury and deep environmental responsibility can coexist beautifully.
