Boutique Apartment Project Built For Urban Communities

This project perfectly demonstrates Conta’s ability to design and construct high-end, high-density residential solutions within constrained urban environments. Commissioned to develop a multi-family boutique apartment building in a vibrant, fast-growing neighborhood, the goal was to maximize living space and community utility while maintaining an intimate, premium aesthetic that blends seamlessly into the existing urban fabric.

Conta executed this project with a strong focus on smart spatial planning and advanced acoustic engineering. To ensure maximum comfort for residents living in a bustling city center, we implemented high-performance double-glazed facade systems and multi-layered acoustic insulation within the floors and party walls, effectively eliminating external urban noise. The architectural layout features a modular structural concrete frame, allowing for open-concept floor plans that optimize natural light penetration and cross-ventilation in every single unit, significantly reducing the building's overall energy reliance.

Community-centric amenities were deeply integrated into the building’s footprint. Conta constructed a structural rooftop green terrace and integrated multi-functional communal lounges, offering residents private wellness spaces away from the busy street level. The ground floor was engineered to accommodate secure, automated micro-mobility and bicycle parking infrastructure to support sustainable urban transit.
