The core architectural challenge centered on preventing spatial friction within family units. Conta resolved this by implementing an innovative open-span structural layout utilizing post-tensioned concrete floor slabs, minimizing internal load-bearing walls. This engineering freedom allowed for modular floor plans where living areas can expand or segment as a family grows over the years. To guarantee absolute privacy and a quiet environment for hybrid working and studying, we deployed advanced acoustic separation layers within the floors and party walls, utilizing decoupled double-stud infrastructure to eliminate low-frequency structural vibrations and airborne noise transfer.

Health-Centric Building Systems and Smart Automation

To support the well-being of multi-generational occupants, Conta integrated advanced environmental and mechanical systems into the building’s core infrastructure. The entire complex is equipped with a centralized Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) network featuring medical-grade HEPA filtration, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh, purified air to every room while capturing thermal energy to reduce utility costs. Furthermore, we installed a comprehensive smart home automation backbone. This allows residents to manage zone-controlled HVAC systems, touchless security access, and dynamic circadian lighting grids that optimize comfort and energy consumption based on real-time family schedules.
