This project focused on elevating a beauty brand’s digital presence by building a stronger identity, expanding visibility, and improving audience engagement across all major online channels. We then conducted a full performance audit of the existing platforms to identify weaknesses in reach, content relevance, and conversion opportunities.

A major part of the project was improving user experience by redesigning key customer journeys, ensuring smoother navigation, stronger calls to action, and better alignment with beauty industry expectations.
